Seed Live automatic reporting
In Seed Live: Reports → Report Register → Create, choose Single Transaction Data Export (CSV), then Add Transport and paste these in. Press Test Transport — you should get 200: OK.
Paste it exactly, including https://. Without the scheme the request is redirected and the data is dropped.
Also set Email Transport Errors To so Seed Live tells you if a delivery fails.

Daily recap email
Every morning at 7:00 AM Arizona: yesterday's sales for each machine, what sold, and what's LOW. Choose who gets it with the Daily recap box under Team.
Film stays on Square's books until it sells. Restock on a machine transfers what you loaded from HQ to that machine's Square location (set it on each machine below); every vending sale is then marked sold there. Link each product to its Square item under Products. Heads-up: the store's Square inventory will show the film that's in its machine.
